House Of Yoga

Welcome to the website for House of yoga.  My name is Eve, I am a certified yoga instructor.  I first became certified as an aerobics instructor teaching several various classes per week.  I actually found myself at the yoga training last.  Instantly, I knew it was what  I wanted to do with my life.  I am so passionate about sharing my knowledge with as many people as possible.  I continue to study yoga so that I can learn as much as possible.  Yoga has helped me tremendously in my own personal life.  I am a firm believer of the benefits a yoga practice can bring.

I teach vinyasa flow yoga with Hatha principles.  I have an interest in most to all types of yoga.  I continue to attend various trainings, learning various types of yoga so as to make my sessions unique and true from the heart.
